Just got done mounting up the new headliner and monitor and chit. I think it turned out pretty well for my first one. I botched up the first effort, but I think this one will work out.
Check it.

Thanks for all the good words mangs. All teh white stuff (pillars, etc.) will be plaid next fo sho. The headliner itself isn't all that difficult to get down; visors, rear view, grab handles, pillars, and 4x pins in teh back, plus the weatherstripping. Then out she comes. The adhesive was what made it fail the first time, everything worked really well and it looked t!ts and everything...till the first 100 degree day and I went out to my car and my chit was touching the headrests almost. I felt like a
driving to the graduation ceremony with my head holding up my headliner. I yanked the whole thing off and bought more fabric. This time I didn't go with the "headliner" glue, I went ballz out and got the good "3M Super Trim Adhesive". Worked very well but make sure you shake the can really well before use, or else it comes out to liquidy and stains the fabric. It comes out kinda like really thin silly string when it's mixed properly. 3m states that this stuff is very heat, and moisture resistant. So far so good.
As far as mounting the monitor up, I built a thin frame out of wood and mounted it up to the roof subframe. Super easy to do with how the roof is laid out with the crossmembers. Then just run your power, ground, and video input.
p.s. - that green and black would be sick, I almost did a denim with little skull and crossbones on it
