I can't recommend it because of the safety issue that the fusible link provides for the electrical system and possible fire if it is bypassed and/or removed.
thanks for the heds up on that, im glad i asked before jumping right in.

VERY well done, and I'm hard to impress after all these
years!

I'd love to do all that, but I don't forsee me going with a
big stereo anymore. I've sort of out grown that a little bit.

We'll see what happens after I see some other xB with
nice systems....I'll probably fold and start building again! LOL

Good luck

The battery came with bottom mounts for GM cars if you look close at the picture towards the bottom you will see the black "V" shaped bracket and one 3/8" SS bolt. You will have to modify the driver side bracket still using the J-bolt.

Everything is a tight fit so you will need to have a good eye and patience to get the driver side mount to work properly.

Good Luck

I tried to get a shot on the driver side but it was too tight... however this shot shows the passenger side. All you have to do is dremel one to fit on the drivers side and use a shorter J bolt. I cut a OEM "J" bolt and ran new threads on it. (TIP) I used double sided VHB tape to hold the mount on the battery so I could install it easier with the "J" bolt on the drivers side...

I think it was $125 - $150 not sure to be honest... Anyone who sales Tsunami stuff should be able to get this shipped to you, if you can't find it on the NET...

Good Luck,
