Agreed. The chrome 194's are garbage. I thought I had defective bulbs.

The chromed turn signal bulbs are great, though.

I got some chrome ones at autozone, the are xenon chrome cromandos in hyperwhite and they also have them in blue, green and red I believe. It is true that they are a dim light, but they are probably just as dim as the stock lights, but with a better tint. So I am happy with them for the moment. Im not sure why I would want them any brighter, they really dont do anything. Do they actually have a purpose? I just got them to match my silver stars low beams, cause the stock ones totally stood out with the headlights on.

I went to superbrightleds.com - is the 194 LED bulb the same one that you use to replace the interior map lights with?

as long as its 194 type would say yes... i got the 4-LED one for my parking lights and the 6-LED for my map and dome lights
