x2 It will drive you crazy. Its best just to cut out for it, put a grille on it and cover it up with your cargo mat.

I have the Bazookia tube (Scion installed) right now, just ordered this enclosure with the 10'' from Crutchfield.

Can I use the wiring harness already in place to hook up the amp? I need help! thanks!

No, since the Bazooka is a powered sub, and the Scosche is a "unpowered" sub, you would need to buy an amp to power your new sub. I have not seen the wiring for a Bazooka sub looks like so I'm not sure if you can hook those wires up to an amp.

I know I need a new amp (I am thinking of buying the pioneer 250 watt mono RMS... I just wanted to know if I can use the wires (since the harness itself is unique to the bazooka tube) instead of running all new wires.

Hmmm well then I think you should be able to use the same wires, I would think since they have around the same power output, that the wires would be the right size for your new amp. But don't quote me on that

To the guys using these, I have two questions:

1) What is the interior volume of the box?

2) Are you running the factory head unit?

Thanks.

Im running the stock head unit. I have one of those "RCA out" boxes wired into the speaker wire behind the HU> I know "RCA OUT BOX" isn't the technical term for it, but I did it so long ago I can't really remember what it was called. I think it was like $10 @ the best buy install center. The guys were really nice, and knew exactly the part I was looking for. They were suprised to see someone doing it themselves but looking for parts in best buy (It was late, and it was the only place open.) There was a club on here that sold a "Sub Plug" connector that I have been trying to find again. That way is much cleaner than t-taping the wires... for the rcas.
