Default "SECRET MODE" on Pioneer Radio!!!

Can we say EASTER EGGS
I don't know if anyone has seen this or not on their headunits. You know how you can put custom welcome greetings on your headunit by holding M then turning the key to ACC and so forth. Well I saw a way of entering a SECRET MODE instead. It's really cool. try it.
To enter SECRET MODE instead of holding the "M" hold the "A" then turn the key to "ACC". After that you have 4 choices and 15 seconds to enter one of the SECRET messages you can use below.

1.If you want message "PushMyButton"-Press and hold "M" and "A" and "2" at the same time then turn the key so "ACC" is off.

2. If you want message "WhatMovesYou"-Press and hold "A" and "TEXT" at the same time, then turn the key so "ACC" is off.

3. If you want message "Scion=A+B+C"-From the AM setting press and hold "FOLDER UP" and "SCAN" at the same time then turn the key so "ACC" is off.

4. and finally if you want Scion to be displayed in Japanese-First put in a cd and go to trac number 2. Then press and hold "FOLDER DOWN" AND "TEXT" art the same time, then turn the key so "ACC" is off.

Remember you have to activate SECRET MODE first, then push the appropriate combinations after. You have a full 15 seconds to input the combinations. Good luck and Enjoy!!!!!!!

I can tell you it is in the Scion brochure. You Insert CD and set to track number 2, press and hold 'FOLDER DOWN' and 'TEXT' simultaneously and turn the key so 'ACC' is off. I copied that out of the brochure.

I was told that it is in the spring05 issue #5 I beleive. I have a few boxes of that issue on order. I can't wait to get them so I can spread the news. It's always fun to find new and exciting things.

Yea, well it's all in the manual. Crack that open every now and then and there wouldn't be many more "discoveries" posted on this forum.

I think it will only work if you have an 05 headunit. Somebody please correct me if I'm wrong. But that I knew of you could only change your welcome greeting on an 05.

The manual only tells you how to do a custom message, for the ones mentioned in this post I found them in the brochure that was passed out at the LA auto show a couple of weeks back. FYI I have the message that says scion in katakana
