OK:

1. That picture is with the seat all the way up, so with it back most of the way you would have to shove you feel under the seat to kick it.

2. I just took the picture with the grill off. The grill covers the speaker, you just have to trim the two center clips so they don't hit the speaker.

3. I put the tweeter up high in the dash and flush mounted it. If you did a 2way system you could put the tweeter under the front grill. That would be easier faster and cheaper.

4.The rear sub is an 8" really nice home subwoofer I had kicking around so I built a box and it works very well. I put a metal grill that you should be able to pick up at any car audio place, put some carpet over it and used velcro to hold it in place. This way I can put things right on top with no problems. Things like my Hockey Bag, No Problem.

Hope this helps

The amp would be the problem $$$. But you should be able to find a used amp for around $150.00 or so. The 3way speakers where $179.00 NEW www.onlinecarstereo.com . They may even have a good amp and sub cheap. check these out:

looks like this uncovered but smaller size

as far as install I would say you and a few friends...maybe you could hookup with someone from this forum in your area.
I did mine but I use to do car installs 10-15years ago

Looks like your going to have to jump in with both feet to start this project. look at pictures and figure out how things were done. The back is just a small box with the top traced from the factory back cover. It is just wood...if you screw up just cut another one out and start again.

As far as a shop to go to , I have no idea for your area and it my take you over your $400.00.
