Default Speaker "flickering"

I was wondering if any of you audiophiles could answer a question for me. A slight "flickering" sound has developed in one of my speakers. It is not that loud and does not increase when I turn up the volume. I can only hear it when the volume is very low and it goes away when the volume is turned completely off. The system is only a few weeks old and I have not pounded on hard at all. I was wondering if anyone thought there might be a quick fix such as a loose wire or if this was a bring back to the installer type of problem? Any ideas would be much appreciated.

I would take it back to the installer..Because if you start digging around yourself he might blame it on you..........
