Default sunvisor replacement

I'm looking to replace the stock sunvisors in the xb with something less..... cheap looking/feeling.

Any ideas? possibly a hard plastic?

When I eventually do my headliner, I might just get rid of them, because they don't do a whole lot besides hold up my cd holder.
If I decide I can't live without them, I might hand-sew up some slipcovers for them.

I've been kicking around the slipcover idea for a long time. I can't work out a good design in my head. If anyone has sun visor ideas, post em up.!

If somebody made colored leather/vinyl slipcovers for the XB they could make some serious cash.

They'd fit the xa, and tc also, right?

Although it wont change the feel, I know some who have used vinyl dye to get a different color.

Rigid ones would be tight... you could slide 'em out a little to provide extra blockage when rotate them onto driver's side.

I just did away with mine, with the window tint strip in 5% on the top of the windshield I don't need them.

It would be nice to see what someone can come up with though.

Anyone know if the tC visors will fit in the xB? They are the cloth ones. I know painting my visors seemed like a good idea...until it got hot..and they stuck to my tint strip, adn my headliner.....

Ok so I went out on a limb and spent the 80 bucks to get the padded cloth tC visors.....well they work with the exception of they are about 3 inches shorter and 2 inches narrower. Also you have to file down some of the plastic on the mounting tab, as the tC has a shorter roof....I"ll try to post some pics...they aint real impressive, but it beats the hell out of the cheezyness of the plastic ones.
