Default Switch Panel

Is anyone sporting a switch panel/control box in their xB? If so, where?

I know a lot of people are sporting air ride switches. That's not really what I'm looking for. Those switch boxes are pretty HUGE. Not exactly stealthy, clean, or subtle looking. I already found some Police and Fire/Safety switch boxes, but they're hideous!

I didn't realize how many switches I'm actually putting in my box until I was posting in another thread.

Dual Projector Halos
Scion Sport Grille Halos
Fog Lights
Wheel Well Kit
Underbody Light Kit
Under Dash Lights
Handle Grip Lights
Cup Holder Lights

So far I'm looking for 8, but I might put in 9 incase I find some other lights I want. Man, I'm going to look like the SUN driving down the road!!!

I plan on putting the switch panel on the center kickpanel directly below the cigarette lighter and ashtray.

If you have any ideas on products I could use or placement issues, let me know! I am open to all criticism!

Somewhere here there is a bank of switches installed under the cubby hole to the left of the steering wheel. GSW-45 switches are OEM style Toyota uses.

Yes, but they are somewhat bulky for the number of switches that I will be installing. I already have 2 of these switches.

Why do you need all those switches? Are you REALLY that set on being able to turn things on individually? For example, I have my interior CC lighting, cup-holder illumination, and exterior lighting all running off the same circuit. If any of it is on, then it's all on, and all it takes is the flick if one switch.
Oznium sells the switch you have pictured from FrozenCPU for a couple of bucks.

I guess I'm just **** like that. Yes, I would like all of my wiring individually. Right now I have all of my wiring to only one switch and I hate it.

I plan on giving my business to oznium, that picture is just the first one the popped up.

No ideas for this? I really thought someone would come through for me here. I could have swore that I saw someone else with a switch panel on here.

Anyway, are there any better ideas on where to put the switch panel? I think I'll be using the round LED switches. Because they are less bulky, I'll probably make a box and attach it to the kick panel, or maybe build it directly into the kick panel.

Thanks guys and gals!

BUMP! For some answers...?

Hey, I have a question that I'm sure someone knows the answer to. Where could I find another panel that I could use? The center kick panel that is underneath the ashtray/cigarette lighter and infront of the gearshift.

the sides of the center cosole would work. and the undersie of the steering colum. the armrest. better yet use the space behid the steering wheel where you'd normally find guages on any other car.

what about putting a switch box in the cubby hole? dunno how much you'd be able to put in each row or whatever but maybe recess it a little so that you can still close the door and hide the switches...
