HID's are definetley worth it. I got my setup perfect. Upgraded my tails with double thick wire, soldered all the new wires and ran relays from the battery.

By the way tcboob thats pretty bad you would wish someones car to catch fire....

no they dont have a blue tint to them at all. though they are alot more clear (white)

they are manufactured by a well known company in lighting - sylvania. you actually have sylvania bulbs in your tC now... just not their higher up line of bulbs.

I have thunder gp 7500k's. I don't recommend the 8500k's, they're really blue. The 7500's are really nice!

Oh yeah, here's a link- http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/GP-Th...7148QQtcZphoto

Don't get the 100 watt bulbs unless you're upgrading your wires. The 55 watt bulbs are good enough.

P.S. Anyone who says these bulbs die in a week, yeah right! These bulbs have outlived 2 sets of my cousin's silverstars... over 6 months now. And, Thunder GP's shipped from this seller are half the price of silverstars at walmart... plus, parked side by side, these look better.

When projectors are out, I'll go that route. For now, I don't think there's any better bulb than Thunder GP 7500k bulbs.

51W and 60W actually, luminics are 55W and have fried some peoples low beams.

Get ready for a possible world of pain.

Seriously electrical engine fires are those flaming wrecks you pass on the freeway that the firemen are just getting to becuase they are 10 miles from the nearest on ramp and there's some poor guy just sat there watching his now uninsured* car burn to a crisp.

(* most insurance companies don't like negligence as a reason for writting $20 grand checks)

your stock wiring cant handle that type of of 65 to 100 watts at least thats what i was told. h4 bulbs use close to that wattage
