I wanna build a new system and don't have another scion to work on. Gunna sell the whole thing tv's, speakers, box, subs/amp if anyone wants a showcar system to compete. I don't plan on doing it. Just like other things, I have a problem being satisfied so I get tired of things really fast. Next I'll do a motorized setup in the trunk.
I just like the building process I guess.

Will sell cheap.

I wouldn't believe 100% on what that badge says unless you really have 3 batterys and have tested those amps on a test bench to really see what they put out.

ok, i understand.

Its just mathematically if you were running a full 3600w you would be running additional batteries and 3600w equates to about 360-380 amps of current.

Denny, my fuse thing is just floating in the air, ryt next to the battery and isn't stuck to anything. Could it blow because it touches the battery by any chance?

Well if its not isolated then it could be the problem, but i have a few questions:

1) what gauge wire are you using
2) what size fuse is in there
3) what brand and model numbers are your amps

Hate to butt in but im buying 2 sets of infinity perfect 6.1's (probably) and i was gonna run them off an alpine 80Wx4 @ 4 Ohms amp for my xB... is this a good set up? and... is 218 a pair a good price for the 6.1s? Thanks a lot, im new in the system scene and i want to start on the right foot, im asking here because i saw your comment on the infinity's (encouraging). thanks for the advice.

Just my 2 cents...

Infinity isn't worth the money anymore...3-4 years ago they were tops for cheap, so everyone started using them. Then they jacked the price and the quality went down. I had an older model of the exact ones your looking at in my Expedition when I had it and it was nothing to brag about. I wasn't impressed for the money (don't even get me started on their subs...blah)...

I'd go Boston Accoustic. Much better sound quality for the price.
