What is the correct af bulb size to get for scion Xb and Xa?

What is the correct af bulb size to get for scion Xb and Xa?
I got a friend some 8000K bulbs from japan H4 size. It didnt seem to fit. I looked on PIAA website to see the scion bulb sizes and it says they are all H4? what the?
I looked at another site and it says they are 9005? Ok PIAA is a huge company so one of them is telling me the wrong size. ANyone know the correct headlight bulb sizes for scion models?
