Default What's the best way to install a power inverter for my ps2?

I don't want to plug it into the cigarette lighter because i've already got a couple of things hooked up to it. Someone suggested that I get a distribution block and run my amp cables to that and then to the inverter. Is that the best way or is there another easier/better/more efficient way of doing this? pictures would be helpful because i suck at doing things on my own lol. thanks!

i am also looking for a way to install a power inverter in my xa. now, i do have a total of 2 12volt AC outlets in the car, but if at all possible i was hoping to hard wire it in some way... instead of buying $160+ underbody neons, $25 rope light can and will work, lol
