You'll have to tap into the parking light wires that attach to the Turn signal bulb.
The left hand and right hand side marker light have two wires. Green Black and Green Yellow which are essentially the + wires that connect to the flasher relay. The White Black wires are the ground (no need to touch those).
You need to cut off the Green Black and Green Yellow wires from the side marker lights (You should be able to find it by following the two wires looking at the quarter panels under the hood)
Cut those wires nearest to the wires that you'll tap into next.
Now tap the Green Black and Green Yellow wires into the Solid Green wire on the Left hand front parking light and the Green Orange wire on the Right hand front parking light.
Double check to see if the wire you tap into leads to the front parking lights.
After that... turn on the parking lights and headlights and Viola... Instant on side marker lights. Old RAV4 style :)

i might be wrong, but the side markers are single filament, and to retain the "blinking turn signal" you'll need a dual filament.... if you just want them on, w/ no blink, tap into one of your corner marker lights, that might work..... or what he said :-P

Did a search on the site..

Try the third one. looks like what you're looking for.

or what you can do to is use relays(two actually, one for each side) so you can have the sidemarker on all the time and still retain the blinker when you turn. I have not done this but I do have a good sense in wiring up relays.
depending on how the blinker triggers(powers up thru positive or negative) so i'm going to show both ways....so use a DMM(Digital Multi Meter) to check and fuse your wires!
on positive trigger.
wire up the relay as follows:
85 - ground
86 - positive wire from the blinker(car side)
30 - positive trigger from parking lights
87a - positive wire from blinker(blinker side)
87 - N/C (no connection)
on negative trigger.
wire up the relay as follows:
85 - negative wire from the blinker(car side)
86 - positive 12volts
30 - negative trigger from parking lights
87a - negative wire from blinker(blinker side)
87 - N/C (no connection)
what this does is when the relay is at rest and you turn on you parking lights the 30 and 87a from the relay will be connected and when you turn on your turn signal the relay will get a pulse from it and cutting off the 30 and 87a connection thus making it blink.
if anyone want to comment or revise this please feel free to do so, just make sure you give an explanation why. Thanks :D
Just my 2 cents,
