YAY Dynamat Time!!!!!!!
Just wanted to say that I am finally dynamating my box. I ordered 72 square feet of it. It’s probably going to be a 2-3 day project. This should take care of all the rattles that my Kicker L7s cause. About time too.

Hope you got a very good price on the Dynamat. I used one bulk pac in my XB and had to go get more. I will be doing my Explorer this Friday, but I'm trying Fat Mat. It's the same as Dynamat as far as specs go but drastically cheaper($128 for 100 sg ft). I'll see how it works.

Yeah, one case aint nuthin. On my sentra I had three layers on my headliner, 3/4 of a case on my trunk lid, 3 cases in my trunk area, a case and a half on and behind my dash, half a case on my rear bumper and the other half on my gas tank, which had to be lowered to get to the top. All was extreme bulk packs and that was only from 2 MTX T1000D mono blocks , and 2 Sealed Jl 12 w7's. Had to replace the seals in my rear window twice going to Daytona during spring breaks. So save up!! Im not sure my tC will be able to be deadened with all the damn glass and air leaks everywhere.

Absolutely, the point. If you only have a moderately powered system, , one case might do it. I also noticed that a lot of people dont mind certain panels vibrating, or hearing the trunk thunking louder than the stereo. Its all personal choice and economy. The great part of doing the whole car is that all that wind noise, panel vibratring, transmission noise, is reduced so much that the stereo sounds much louder and so much more solid at normal listening levels while going down the highway or bumper to bumper traffic.
