I auto-x my box. I have more suspension stuff than most, and never felt once that the box would tip. I slosh this thing all over and never feel worried.

But I would say a miata would be a great cheap track bruiser.

 

I auto cross with my xb to i run in the STS class and i have wider tires, tien drop springs, Mugen H brace, tower strut bar for the ssuspion mods. I have a cold air intake and headers and full exsaust how ever you spell it LOL!!!!

I was told by my local group that an H brace or other chassis brace was specifically excluded from STS and would bump me into another class. H have an uninstalled H brace in the garage because of that. Did your local group tell you differently?
