Default 225/40/18

Anyone running 18x7.5 42offset 225/40/18 lower with s-tech??I want to know will I run into any problem if I have that setup (rub)?? I know 225/35 will be better but the wheels came with 40. This is my first mod so I want to get it done perfectly. Pic will help too

I'm not 100% sure but I think you are going to have a rubbing problem with that set-up...Can someone else answer or confirm this...

Im running 225/40/18 on my box and yes you will have rubbing issues. If I had to do it again, I would have chosen 215/35/18 but Im not sure about 225/35/18.

If you choose to go with the bigger tire. What I have done is took of the wheels and cut some off the splash guard that it was rubbing on. Im not sure if you want to go thru that.
IMO go with 215/35/18 especially with the drop you will be fine

you should have gone with a 215/40/18. you get the benefit of a 40 series tire but @ 215 width, you can pretty much get away with not rubbing or putting some 5mm spacers.
