Default About TEIN S-Tech Springs

just wondering... i just bought some 17 inch motegi rims for my xb. if i buy some TEIN s-tech springs will my tires rub the fenders???? someone get back at me because i think i'm gonna purchase them sometime tomorrow... thanks

I've got 19's on my box with the s techs and no rubbing

if i understand right you can go up to 19" x 8" without rubbing so long as you dont change the outer dimension of wheel to much , (the absolute diameter with tires)

I have 17" Konig Unkowns with Tein S springs and have no problems whatsoever.

It all depends on the offset of the rim.I've got the TRD 19's and like I said before no rubbing issues.I'm getting ready to put adjustable konis I can't wait !!

Thanks guys, what about the ride tho? is there a difference on ride feel? i mean of course there will be, but how big is the ride difference w/ springs n stock?

I put on a front strut bar at the same time I lowered the car. I feel that it corners better then it did. The ride is a little bumpier--but no problems even when fully loaded.

I too put a strut bar as well but I also put the trd rear sway bar and I can definitley tell the difference in handling.I recommend both.

get a front brace also , i just put a Gspec front brace and the ride became tremendously smoother
