There is a pretty clean yet expensive option for this as well. The product is from GC and sold through Slam Specialties. It is marketed as the digital stealth system. It makes use of a brass diaphragm valve with dual solenoids. One solenoid uses a standard large coil for high flow and one solenoid uses a smaller coil for low flow. The valves cost $78 each, the special controller they manufacture is $108 and the wiring harness is an additional $28.
It isn't the cheapest route, but it works. And it requires a lot less plumbing which means less potential for leaks. The other thing to remember is that the valves can be wired to work without the proprietary controller. But you will either need two sets of switches, or a way to make your switches toggle between the fast and slow solenoids.
