Default Anyone have the DC Sports Bar & Injen SRI?

How would the DC Sports Bar and the IS2100 Intake work together? Would the bar block the intake or is it good to go?

A lot of people on here have the DC Sports bar. However, a
lot of people will tell you that they don't really do much on a box because the struts are right on top of the firewall. People are pretty split on the need for a strut bar. I personally don't see the need for one.

However, I will ask. Have you installed a rear sway bar yet?

If you're looking to tighten up the handling, get a rear sway. They do wonders for the cornering ability. If you're going for the look of a strut bar, I personally like the DC Sports. Good luck.

The red TRD one looks stout. I think I'm going to get that one.

A rear strut bar? I am really looking for looks, but an improvement of handling would be nice. But pointless in CA, IMHO.

Anyone have experience with the DC Sports ones? Which one has a wider bar with a flat surface? I am looking to put something on top of it. And how do they look with an Injen SRI?

If you want a strut bar for looks then pick one you like the look of and install it!!! The handling difference is very small and any bar would add a little stiffness to the body.

I put a Hotchkis front strut bar in mine and I can feel that the body has slightly less flex than before. Handling difference near zero.

I put Hotchkis swap bar set in front and rear and when I left the shop where I installed them I almost steered the car in the wrong lane since the steering was so much more responsive than before. A BIG DIFFERENCE. For about 2 miles I thought OMG this is so twitchy I might have to take those out. After 2 more miles.....getting used to using less steering input it didn't seem twitchy any more...I love them Made my car very responsive.
