from what ive gathered in my resaerch the wear is slightly increased, but if you have the tire remounted on the other sides wheel (passenger tire on drivers side wheel and vice versa) you can expect the same tire life considering the OTG ones are toe corrective.

:D Actually it has helped with taking them corners at high speeds and I love it.
yep..i felt the difference in corners. really great mod.
