Default Brake Question....

I have an 06.5, Is there a brake warning light that warns when pads are low ???

no the brake light will come on if the fluid is low which can sometimes mean that the pads are worn. its a misconception.

Thanx for the response. I guess that could work except the pads can't wear down that much to make that big of a change in the fluid level.......

Apreciate the quick response. Online now ordering up some pads, rotors & lines....

the pads can get that low actually its better to physically check the pads though for proper lining.

Yea, my light has been coming on sporadically. I have 28k on the first set of pads... I just ordered a new set. It's too effin cold and snowy to pull the wheel off just to check. If the wheel's coming off, new pads are going in.
