Default D2 coilovers or Tein Basics. about the same price

for an Xb what would be more suitable the D2 RS coilovers or the Tein Basics. A place in Long island has a pair of Xb coilovers real cheap and new from D2. The shop wants to get rid of it. He is offering a good price installed. I think installed at bought is like $1000-$950. Is this a good deal?

I'm just looking for information about the company. I don't have an xb but my friend does. I have a tc with trd springs. I don't want him to get ripped off so I'm doing some research. Then I guess if those coilovers are good for an xb I might get a set.

All depends on what you want out of them, if it is just price then get the cheaper set, if it is to go as low as possible then get the one with the most drop, the basics are just that "basic" the D2 will offer more features. If you want a great set that will allow you to get a drop and provide stellar handling it will cost more than both of those and I'd look into KW at that point.
