Default finished Koni Yellows w/ Sportline

i just finished installing koni sport yellow adjustables front and rear with eibach sportline springs. i have not had a chance to take pics or even to drive the car yet but it looks really good. i had s.techs previously but they just were not working out.

i will get pics up tomorrow with a description of how it drives.

here are some pics:

of course these have only been on for a day 1/2 so they still need to settle. the ride is really rough right now because i have the shocks set as firm as they will go which i happen to like but my g/f complains a lot so i will most likely soften them a bit. it handles great and when i get the new hotchkis bars it will be even better. thanks for looking!

I also run the Koni/Eibach combo, although I use the ProKit springs. I have quite a few dead coils as well. It's been like that for over a year now and I don't have any rear suspension issues.

Eibach sportlines give you the drop 1.8-2" , but a lot of people complain about the ride harshness, unforgiveness of the springs.

My Eibach Pros have some dead coils ... but not nearly as bad as those sportlines. I personally think the Pros have a great ride feel , and have yet to bottom out/scrap/ etc ... going on 5K miles on them.

How are the shocks? Are they worth the money? What settings do you use and how do they feel?

Koni's are solid ... and I believe they are rebuildable!

they are totally worth the money. right now i have them set as firm as they will go and it is a rough ride for sure. i happen to like it because you can literaly feel every bump in the road but it can be hard on your back if you are not used to it. they can be a lot softer and therefor a much better quality ride.

overall it is an A+ for this shock and spring combo!
