Default Front poly bushings

I was told by a shop that the poly bushings that I installed on the front of my box had to be torqued. Is this true? If so, does anyone know what that magic number is or how tight I should tighten them?

13 to 14 pounds per square foot is the correct torque.

Don't think there is a set torque. You just tighten them up till they squish evenly. You are talking about the energy front swaybar bushings right?
