Default Front spring comes off strut!!!

Hit a bump in the road yesterday, wheels and tires looked fine. Pulled out of parking space at an angle and the spring is now slightly off the strut tower.

Blown Strut? Installed Goldines wrong??

I Installed the springs so that the Goldline name was face up and the coils were close toghether near top of strut.

Any Ideas

You may have twisted the spring in the seat when over tightening that top nut? Yank it out and re assemble it?

I did notice a noise from the spring when tightening that top nut, but thought nothing of hit. Thanks!

Sounds like the spring just needs to be seated in the upper perch.
