Default Goldlines and shocks need answers

I just ordered a set of 2" goldlines for my xB and was curious about something. Will installing them cause my stock shocks to blow under normal driving conditions? I called Toyota, and they said no, but I wanted to get your opinion since you guys own the cars too. Also, how much of a factor is scraping? I'll only have about 4" of clearance and was wondering if that's a problem for you folks too.

hey hey well i wouldnt worry about your shocks blowing out but whever you lower it on springs its always good to get performance/aftermarket shocks your stock shocks are just gonna wear out faster and the ride wount be as nice...... but i had tein 3 inch coilovers on my old car and it came with shocks but ive heard its just worth paying for better shocks... anyone else have better experience with springs?
