Default Grinding, Vibration or Rubbing noise

I got in an accident and damaged the front end of my car looked like it was just cosmetic damage and a little frame damage. Ever since then I've had like a grinding, vibration, or rubbing noise coming from the front driver side wheelwell when I make left turns.

After I got everything fixed at the body shop it was still making this noise. The insurance adjuster and the guys at the body shop thought it might be the bearings but couldnt figure out what it was. Took it to the dealer and they took it for a drive and they dont know what it is they're guessing its some kind of metal rubbing against metal when the car flexes.

anyone know what it might be?

Sounds like the wheel bearings. Other have had them go bad prematurely also. Get them replaced under warranty if possible.
Have you had it on a lift while the wheel is turned to the left all the way to see if anything might be rubbing? If that checks out have the bearings checked out next. Let us know what happens Bro!

4th round of meeting the insurance adjuster at the dealership
first 3 rounds he didnt show. says he has to be there to take pictures for them to cover any costs.

someone who looked at the car said it sounded like a problem with the upper strut mount or power steering while another said it was an engine mount. sound is getting worse also. i have a feeling i'm gonna be grabbing my ankles on this one.

I thought I was the only one. My car was in an accident and the wierd thing is that that grinding sound is on the passenger side when I turn to the left or making right turns. So I guess its a motor mount. I do have a bent tie rod.

I'm going 100% with the wreck, what they don't tell you is, the force of the accident, doesn't just damage whats visible, if you hit something at 20 mph, on the left hand front of your car, the damage can also go all the way back to the right hand rear end of your car, stuff comes loose when it goes froma decent speed, to an instantanious stop

yep. A hit anywhere will cause other damage or loosing, like my driver door being lower than the other doors, meaning it doesn't line up.

i know it was caused by the accident thats not what i couldnt figure out i knew that immediately. but it took 2 months to figure out it was the rear motor mount.

but where does the rust come into play
granted that accidents cause bolts to become loose but the bolt rusting?
