Last week I did a three part install to complete the planned suspension upgrades on my xA. I installed a Tanabe tower bar in the front, a Progress rear sway bar and Van's shims on the rear axle stubs. These latest suspension upgrades were added to previously installed Tein springs and 18" Perelli P-Zeros. The car now handles, corners and tracks like it is on rails. I absolutely love this thing! The car feels extremely confident in hard corners whereas before it felt vague and bouncy as if it was going to lose traction at any second. There is no going back now!

Just got mine installed the other day...took me about half an hour going at a kick backed pace.

Doesn't have any impact on ride comfort at all, the only thing it does is it makes the car handle alot flatter going through the corners. Also felt a tad more stable at freeway speeds.

Didn't really NEED this either...but it's just fun to have.

Put one on my xB just now and it's great. Much tighter in turns. I paid 139$ shipped on eBay. I installed mine with the rear wheels on until the end when i had to torque the bolts down. The wrench wouldn't fit in there with them on. I had to do one side at a time because of my crappy jack. If you have stands use them and take off the wheels. It will go much faster.

Default progress sway bar

I bought mine from ptuning.com. They're $149 total now, including free shipping. I am very happy with them as I've bought everything on my Xa from them.

Easily the most cost efffective handling improvement available. Any negative effect on ride quality is pretty much non-existent. If you're going to modify your scion, do this first, if only to improve emergency handling... and for anybody who drives hard at all, it's a must-have.
