Hotchkis Coils Problem!!

Default Hotchkis Coils Problem!!

Just wondering if anyone else has them installed. Does the rear sit lower than the front. Cause mine does. Thanks Nick

as far as i know there suppose to....the front is a 1.5 to 1.6 in the front and 1.7 to 1.8 in the rear

Well it should sit level. When you installed them you might not have sat the springs on the struts properly, I would check it out. Is it making any noise when driving, cornering, or going over bumps?

the first generation of Eibach springs were like that. The front was higher than the rear, so you this is sometimes normal. Might want to move to another brand of spring if your not satisfied.

i know the hotchkis springs for the 03+ corollas had the higher drop in the rear than the front.

got the rears installed today, before i ran out of sunlight. My work is closed for the hurricane tomorrow so I will let you know how it looks then. I think I will make a separate post for Hotchkis springs installed.

my hotchkis springs fit well, and are level.

They drop more in the rear because it sits higher in the first place.
