Default How low should I go?

i want to lower my 06' xa, but I dont want the dang thing scraping the ground as I go over speed bumps. I just don't like how hight up it sits. Does 1 inch make a difference or should I go more?

1" is nothing, you'll berly see any difference. Go with Tein S-Techs, thats about 2".

Tein S-techs are the perfect drop, IMO.

When I first got the car, I had some trouble getting in and out of some driveways, but after all, I did come from a truck. I haven't scraped for a long while, and the car looks amazing when it's dropped 1.5-2".

I agree. The gap is perfect with S Techs. But do yourself a favor and change out the shocks...if you have money, eveybody raves about the Konis...if you are like me, go with the SensaTracs. The ride quality was night and day.

get the airrunner air suspension... you can lay the car out almost to the ground and raise it up a lil higher than stock if nessicary. i have it on my xb, i had tanabe df210's on my car witch gave me a great drop but it got old scraping on things occasionaly with my fabulous kit. now i have no worries all thanks to airrunner and autofashion. pm me if you have any ?'s.

I had the TRD suspension installed when I got mine. It's supposedly a 1" drop. It looks like what I would consider what should be the stock height. It doesn't look lowered, it looks 'normal.' No gaping wheel wells like the stock height.
I have some serious speed bumps to deal with at work and I can take them w/o having to do the slow granny thing when I drive over them. I have the factory 15" alloys.

This is an older pic of mine with the Teins freshly installed. Probably sits just a *tick* lower now that they've settled.

The ride is great, and the height is just right.

IMO, xA's need a huge drop to look right.

I'd go with Goldlines of DF210's

I went with the TRD's and they were fine but now after a year, I'm just not happy with the drop. I'm getting the Tanabe DF210 put on tomorrow so I'll be a little lower.

Here's a pic with the TRD's:

I'll post a pic with the Tanabe's after the weekend:
