Default Lowering springs.

I do not know which to choose... Tein Stech, Tanabe df210, Sprint, RS R, H & r, Goldline or Eibach. Which one is the best for stock blackies?

I personally like the df210s...the stech are also nice they have a great ride. The df210s are kinda bouncy...

Goldlines seem to be the spring of choice around here. 2" drop and not bouncy.

I went with Hotchkis on my xA. Not bouncy at all and retains most of the great ride. They're my interm springs until I get my JIC coilovers, or at least the TEIN's. By the way, would the TEIN EDC work on the coilovers the offer for our cars?

Does anyone run the eibachs? If so, how is the ride and how much of a drop?

I have RS*R springs and I love them. They have a good sporty raked look. The ride is good and it fills up the fender gap nicely. I know you can buy them at www.precisionmuffler.com.

I would go with DF210s because I like the drop, but I dont think I want to deal with the harsher ride. And.....I am tempted to get some S-Techs, but I think I want more drop.

So........there are tons of options. Just pick one and I am almost positive you will be happy with them.

Looking at 18's...dont want the ride to be TOO hard...how much drop can I get away with?

I was thinking just TRD springs. Anyone have these with 18s?

Thanks!

IMO, If you go with TRD springs, you wont like the drop, it will not be low enough (Only 1"). You can usually pick up a set off the forum because people dont like them. The S-Techs, drop it lke 1.5/1.7 where goldines are 2.0 and RS*Rs are 2.0/1.2.

The ride on a stock xB is kinda harsh. The worst riding springs will make the ride stay about the same as stock. So if the ride is bearable now, you wont have a problem with any others.

i have eibach sportlines they claim 2in drop but i think itll be more i mean as soon as i put em in they were down that much and spring drop a lil after settling in but as far as the springs themselfs......I LOVE EM the ride is so nice cush when city driving but when you get on them in corners then they really shine and they reduce body roll soo much
