sittin u have a 2 port 5 gal tank? How do you drain it, u unbolt it every once in awhile
also, i assume the pressure switch has a wire that runs to the compressor to tell it when to kick on right?

I couldnt tell ya what that lil **** is for, I'd say dampening? I could care less really, I enjoy the ride of air and its more about being lower than maintaining a smooth ride, but it is still a smooth ride.
Rebel, I have a 2 port 5 gal, I do not have a drain plug. I don't bother with that stuff, never have before, heh.

if you dont have a drain vavle your tank will rust and your bags and valves will go bad.......you need to empty the water out of any compressed air system at least once a month.

Its possible but with a Good setup it wont be as bad
I had Bags on my cavalier for 3 years with a water trap.. same tank / same valves and same bags with no problems..
Some moisutre still gets in but its no big deal to drain the tank

that's a way to do it; i usually go under there about every week or so wheni wash and twist the 1/4" drain valve for a few seconds and a good teaspoon of water or more come out...
it worries me that it is a rusty color; but iono, i dont leave the water in there long.

it's so worth the easy maintenance
I hope i don't have any problems with the bags when i decide to do it. I only drive like 150~ miles a week...most round trip miles i'll ever do will prolly be like 600~ ... hopefully no blow outs. Maybe i should carry 1 stock rear spring in case a bag blows

Water will get past a water seperator. Having moister in the system is ok unless you have freezing weather. These valves are made for water or air. My setup would always freeze in the morning and wouldnt lift. Sucked!
Bags are fun, but eventually get old.
The setup is sweet though and I love the wheels.
Also, what are the plans for the s10? Is that stock floored? And.. how much of a BD does it have.

our S-10 just has the traditional BD done to it. Has a 3 and a half inch body drop. Next plan is to finish more of the body work, shave the handles, 3rd brake light, hood squirters and antenna. Then do paint and work on the interior.
