That's what my sounded like but mine was on the drivers side. Give Goldline a call (909-902-0411) and speak to a Craig and just tell him your having a nosie coming from your spring. If they don't have the part, it can be bought from a Honda Dealer. Part # 52442-SM1-A00. It's cost is about $5.00 and it's a Silencer Tubing for the coil springs.

Good Luck!

Actually, I can give you a negative thing about a 2" drop vs. a lesser drop:

With GoldLines, my friend can't roll his floorjack underneath his front bumper.

That is all.

I stand corrected apparently they have some noise problems. I have not noticed them with mine but I've only had them on for a couple months.

I've located the part number should anyone need to order the part from a Honda dealer to stop your springs from making nosie.

Tube Silencer - Part # 52442-SM1-A00

Good Luck.

I have goldlines also. I was also told I had a defective front pair. I had them replaced and the noise problem is still there 20k miles later. Very annoying and very disappointed.

it would probably be smarter to order this part and put it on the springs before you put the springs on huh?

and one more thing for the goldline owners. so is the ride a lot smoother than the stock springs?

I have a question about the silencer tubing for the goldlines. Can they be put on after the springs are installed?

It can easily be put on without having to take the springs off. The tubing has a cut on it's center and fits right over the spring. But, in my case, I had to remove the wheel to get to the springs.

Please note! Not all of the Goldline springs had this problem. I love my Goldlines and the ride is great.

Does anybody know if Goldline will sell the silencer tube to the people who did not get one? This tube was not available when I bought mine.
