Do you need a Torque wrench to install the rear-bar?

I should have mine by the end of the week. Laurel Canyon, here I come...

Progress specs says to torque to 45 ft/lbs.

I just tightened them as hard as I could-with the limited leverage you have under the car/on your back-and called it a day. 45 ft/lbs is not really a whole lot, not like the 70 something on lug nuts.

They do say to "check assembly periodically for tightness" so you will know if they are loosening.

Got my bar yesterday and put it on during my lunch break today. I didn't pull the wheels, just used my Rhino Ramps and the install took all of 20 minutes.

WOW!

What a difference!

sway makes the biggest difference in handling in these cars and this one is hard to beat
