Quick Struts from Monroe on xB???
I was going to put on Monroe's Quick Strut kit on my xB On Monroe's website there are 2 listings for the upper strut plate for the Echo strut parts breakdown (the Echo struts are supposed to drop the front end by 1/2" due to the location of the spring mounts on the strut body).
Can anyone confirm or deny if the upper strut bearing plate of one of the 2 listed for the Echo is the same as the upper strut bearing plate of the xB. I have 80,000 miles to date and wish to replace all the parts involved with the strut assembly and this seems like a quick way to
pull the complete, assembled strut out and re-install a already assembled strut in it's place.
Your information or help would be greatly appreciated, Thanks, Scott

mine name is Scott to.. So I will help you out...
YES YES YES..... it will work i did this and it dropped it about 1/2 maybe close to 3/4 inch
I did the same when I had bags.... Used that strut cut the bottom mount out weleded the bag plate mount worked great...
Also if you want to get lower flip your upper bearing mount it will drop you another inch for sure ..
