i agree. basically the itr setup but for out xb. Since we use the same honda lug pattern we know what rims will fit over the

honda to scion wheel hub mismatch
Just a point regarding the Honda to Scion rear brake swap. The Honda has the same lug size yes, but the locating ring in the center of the hub is a different size. My buddy was going to borrow my stock xB rims. But the Scion wheels have a smaller hole in the center.
Just a note though, Mazda Miata's have the SAME bolt pattern and the same centering ring in the hub with rear disks, all with 14" wheels stock. My Konig Reasons were originally bought for my Miata, then I traded UP into the XB. The XB is about as fast (has 3 more Hp than the Miata) and has WAY more room....

one thing to keep in mind...i don't know if this holds true for the xB/xA, but on the older volkswagens i'm used to working on (mk1 and mk2, pre-'84 and then '85-'92) rear discs add 6 pounds PER SIDE unsprung weight over the drum brakes. very similar suspension setup (torsion beam rear, cars are similar in weight, brakes similar in size), i have a feeling the disc conversion would add a good bit of weight to each corner. rotating mass is not the only concern...6 pounds per each rear corner can seriously affect how your suspension handles what the road throws at it, and for that reason many SCCA drivers running rabbits, golfs, and jettas pre-'92 opt to keep the rear drums- the handling benefits of having 6 pounds less at each corner outweigh the MINOR increase in braking offered by rear discs. so much of the braking is done up front, MOST people on this forum would be just doing this conversion for looks, as the benefit in day-to-day driving would be lost on 99% of scion drivers.
