rear spacers, not otg!

sweet ride! well put the 25mms on w/the otg's and it sticks out and almost touches the side. i was worried about taking a turn hard and the tire clipping the side of the fender and eating the tire off so i removed the otgs. im trying to find my camera to post the pic. gimme a day... now the tire barely sticks out further than the front which is exactly as i wanted it. no more otg spacer for me. perhaps if i had rims i would use them instead...

I'm running +40 all around on my 18x7 wheels (which are for sale, but I might keep 'em). I'm thinking the 20mm or 25mm spacers might be nice instead of the OTG 10mm units.
Are people only running these in the rears or are they running +20 all around? Does this compromise the structual integrity of the car? Can I still use my hubcentric rings?

i am now (after several tries of other things) using 25mm rear spacers. the rear now sits just barely wider than the front and doesnt hit the fender. im going for 17x7's w205/40/17's and a 42mm offset. i did so much dang measureing and this seems to be perfect with the rear barely wider than the

savescivic - do you have any pics? Are you running spacers in the front, too? This is what I'm thinking of doing, also. I have +40 18x7 wheels, but Ithought a +25 spacer might be too much and I wasn't sure if I should just leave the fronts as is or not ...

Kics is a japanese brand that makes wheel spacers similar to H&R. they're additions onto the stock hub and come with they're own studs so they're safe for road use. price is about the same as the H&R's. they can be bought through any local Volk distributor (Mackin Industries is actually the US distributor but you can't order through them directly).

ok found the camera. here is a pic of the rears with 25mm wheel spacers only. notice the hub center is kept so the stock wheels can utilize them. great kit. hard to tell by the pic but as it stands i have just enough room to upsize to 205/55/15 later. this is why i took off the otg's (now donated to a fellow box owner). enjoy!

Hmmmm looks good. I wonder if anyone is running the 25MM with the OTG shims on a box. With a 17x7.5 wheel. I have to wait till spring anyway to see just how far i am away from the body in the rear too.
