Strange sound after spring install...
I just started noticing this strange sound coming from the rear of my car. Ever since I installed a set of tanabe springs, It seems like the cargo cover is making this strange squeeking sound every time I go across rough roads.
Has anyone else experienced this after they installed their springs? what about before?

if u think it's the cargo cover than it is rattling cuz of slightly stiffer springs. if it's from the cargo area then it may be that the springs are missing the upper or lower spring seat. and are chattering.

I have a creaking with my tanabe df210's Noticed it the first time i sat in the car after the spring install. I notice mainly when loading and unloading ppl. I dont recall ever hearing it when driving.. maybe i should turn down the pioner eh?

The springs sits fine on the rubber gaskets, it's the cargo cover making the odd sounds..
I just took out the cargo cover and the sound goes away :\ Maybe it's the springs settling in? I've only had it for around 3 weeks.
I had that during the first two days, then it went away. If it's still happening, you can put the plastic spring sleeves (the springs come with it) on the rear set and the sound will deaden out.
