Default tanabe df210 vs tein s-tech

Just wondering between the two springs, which does a better job of making the front and rear tire gaps identical (same amount of gap in the front as in the rear)? Answers and pics would be appreciated.

both do i think, I own the s-tech and everything is nice and level. but from what i've seen both drop the car evenly on all four tires, it's just what kinda drop you want, the s-tech are about 1.7-.8" the df210s are 2.0-.3"

here's a pic of my car with Tein S-Techs, now featuring the triple cream dream supreme thill of a lifetime...STEELIES!!! (just not this pic)

So yeah...there some info for you from a Tein guy...I know there's a thread here somewhere that is specifically for the DF210's I think it's a sticky actually in Corner Carvers

Here are Tanabe DF210 springs. Probably one of the nicest drops for the xA.

This image was taken only a week after they were installed. I have had them on for about 2.5 months now and they have setteld to 2 1/4 inch drop. They have also improved the ride of the car temendously as it now feels much sportier and responsive.

Would the tanabe springs rub on 18's? Also did you stick with stock shocks, or upgrade?

No rubbing, and stock shocks/struts are always good, but not necessary.

Originally I had the stock shocks and struts on my car, however, I upgraded to TRD shocks and struts a few weeks later. I like the TRD shocks quite a bit.

Hey Im in Cucamonga too!

Its my girlfriends xA... I put the TEIN S-Tech's on it... I like the ride, its like my cars ride, and the look is great...

They wont rub as long as you get wheels with the correct offsets...

The S-Tech's are a little to harsh for her, so I am putting on Tanabe NF210's tomorrow... Will be selling the slightly used S-Tech's...

Here is a pic of her car on the S-Tech's...

With the tanabe or tien do you need to get the car re-aligned or camber plates to keep even wear or anything of sort.

Any car that you change the suspension components on, you should have the alignment checked.

Is it inevitable that I will need to get camber plates or somethign to that effect to maintain proper tire wear?

There isnt much adjustment on the car really...

Doing the rear springs, nothing is removed / moved that could effect the alignment...

On the front, its as close as it can be really...

The Tanabe NF210's are much smoother... My girlfriend likes the ride much better...

It sits just a sliiiiight bit higher then the S-Tech's...

Which offers a more comfortable ride, closer to stock on 15" wheels? I'm interested in getting a pair for myself for xmas, but I haven't decided yet. Drop isn't too big of a concern to me I just don't want a huge gap.
