Default Want to see pics of xb with 18's and TRD springs

I bought some trd springs because I had the 50 dollar gift card and wanted some springs fast but after here evedry body I'm getting scared that my box will look bad with the trd's I 'll probally buy some golds lines later but I have the trds for now. I need some help I have some racing hart c5 18's on the way I was wondering if any one had a pic of an xb lowered with trds with 18 215/35/18 also how long does it take for the trd springs to settle. some else posted the factor ride height at 8 inches I put my springs on last night and I mesured mine to day and its a bout 7 1/4. thanks for the help.

when you say "look bad"...do you mean it will be too high or too low for your taste??? if you want lower, you will not be happy with trd. if you just want a slight drop, you will be fine...good luck!!!

I am thinking of getting a set of TRDs for my box also. I commute about 60 miles a day and I am rolling on 18” wheels. I want to get rid of some of the gap, but I do not want to go so low that I will hate the ride to work.

Can anyone post some pics of XB w/ 1” drop and 18s?

What size are those tc evo wheels you have on and what offset??

I have the same set of wheels in 19x8 with +35 offset.
I will be running a 10mm OTG shim in the rear pushing it to +25 offset with 225/35/19 tires...

Did you have any problems with your set-up and what size tires are you running???
Thanks

Click on my red avitar to see my xB on TRD springs with 18 inch rims.

I have a little rubbing issue on the front passenger side when I turn hard to the left. Other than that, no problems.

Boxes can't look bad on TRD wheels! Here is a site you can play with different wheels (TRD's included) and drops. Enjoy! www.ohioscions.com

He's asking about TRD Springs with 18" rims, not 18" TRD rims.

I would also like to see more pics of TRD drop with 18's...

Jethro gave you the site to see the same thing.

Factory Height
TRD Spring Heights
SLAMMED Height

You can pick whichever rim, but the drop is the most key element in searching for a complimenting rim to your Scion.

Sweet choice in wheels. A+ Bro! The TRDs have a nice subtly drop that you can live with everyday with no worries.
I can't wait till I can get some chrome 17s

Thanks! They where the best thing i've done to the car so far. I'm getting ready to replace the trds with some springs I found on ebay. it will drop it another inch, but the trd's are really nice as they still ride real smoth. even with the large rims and smaller tires.

Unfortunately due to the amount of time invested (20+ hours) updating isn't as easy.

We are building another site soon, and will possibly add the new colors, and a few extra rims. But since it's all done via photoshop and not a java written script, it's all done through templates.

I continue to read how often you promote our site, and I appreciate that.

Thanks for your positive feedback man.
