We were painting my friends Wrx rims graphite one day and they turned out good, so I decided to paint my Trd rims but didn't know what color to paint them....I was thinking about painting them graphite but I saw the bronze....they didn't turn out that bad....the hardest part was taping off the lip....here are some pics of my work....tell me what you think....

I think the bronze looks good on the yellow. I hope you have no problems with the paint.

Those look great. How do you stop the paint from getting chipped?

 

as for the lip it's already polished i just had to tape it off....that was a pain....i think that took more time than anything....painting it was alright but it ran on some spots....so i had to repaint one of them sanded it down really good also so the paint can stick....primed it with 2 coats and then painted with 3 coats....and 2 coats of clear....the paint i used was the dupli color wheel paint....it works good....
