Default 195/55/15 or 195/50/15?

I am needing to upgarde my tires here real soon, I am not looking to move up in rim size due to funds so I am gonna work with the 15's. I am looking at getting BFG's g-sports in either 195/55/15 or 195/50/15, I am lowerd on s-techs so I am a little unsure which tires would be best on the stock rims. Any help would be great.

plans are daily driving and autoxing....

really its just personal opnion.. so personaly i would go for 55 series for a better ride plus it has a bigger contact patch.. but then again smaller tires are quicker ( if noticeable) cause ther well, smaller.. weight is another factor to look at to.. I actully just bought new tires, was gana buy 205/55 that where 21 pounds each, instead i chose a 185/65 just cause they where 17 p each.. the box is slow enough as it is, don't need anything else makin it slower.. just my 2cents. what tires are u lookin at??

If i were you, I would get the Bridgestone RE-01R in 195/50/15 . They have phenomenal grip. But that's my .02

195/60 will fill up your wheel gap and are really cheap since they are so common. Will also ride super comfy and won't mess with your speedo.

205/55 and 195/55 would be my next choices due to slightly better handling, but they are expensive since they are not common sizes.

195/50 are too small. Only if you have at least a 3" drop and low offset wheels.
