Default 19x8 with 35MM Offset abd 235/35/19

I want to run the Axis Hagen wheels which are 19x8 with an offset of +35MM. Will these wheels sit inside the fender well and not stick out? I don't know what the proper offset is for the TC. Tire choice would be 235/35/19 unless I could go with a 245/30/19.

I am not sure about the tire size (they may rub) but the wheels will fit fine inside the fenders. The tCtunerz.com car has 19x8 axis se7ens on it and they (IIRC) are 19x8 with a 35mm offset. He runs 225/35 though.

I'm running Axis Hiro's in 19X8.5 35mm offset with 2253519 Toyo Proxes lowered with H&R Springs. Very slight rub on hard dips in road and only when it wants to. It doesnt rub all the time. Check out my pix.

OK the OE rims for the tC are 17x7 with a 42+mm offset

At stock height, the tC is very generous with the wheel side clearance unlike Subaru (subaru WRX onwers know what i mean...no offense)

my suggestion would to go with anything close to the 42+ i highly recommend a 45+mm offset for a 8" width rim. in that case you will have a side clearance much like stock.....in otherwords it CAN tuck if you want it.....but consider the negative camber though.

as for the wheels.....19" rims are huge for the tC but looks very nice

the OE potenzas specs are

215/45ZR17 -- 7.0(tested rim width) 24.8(overall diameter--inches) 839 (rotations per mile)

235/35/19 -- 8.5(tested rims width) 25.6(overall diameter--inches) 813 (rotations per mile) way to big!!!!!

The idea is to have a wheel diameter within 1% size comparision between the two wheels for 2 reasons: 1)perfomance.....the bigger the wheel, less perfomance....and 2) the odometer mileage wont be as off.

I recommend

225/35ZR19 -- 8.0 (TRW) 25.2(OD) 824(RPM) its smaller and more aggressive looking than the 235/35/19....but comes with a price........in order to run these puppies is to have extremely STRONG rims

hope that helps

We are going to run 235/35/19 with the 19x8 wheels. It should fit the rim good and the car. It will also take up some of the wheel gap being a bit taller.

Any wheels car fit if you run the proper tire sizes.

Remember, stretchin' isn't as dangerous as people think it is. A 215/ or even a 205 on an 8" wheel isn't that bad.
