215 45 17 Official Thread.Please Post 215/45/17 Tires!update
I was doing a search, at the moment I was looking to actually see how a 215 45 tire on a 17inch wheel would look like.
So if you have pics!! Show em off!
I want to see how porportionate the tire is to the rim.
So please post your pics and hopefully answer these 3 questions.
1. Width of the actual rim. (7.0",7.5",8.0",...) ?
2. Offset of the rim. (et40,et38,et35,...) ?
3. If your car is lowered..or stock... if lowered, how much? (1",1.5",1.7",2",or2"+)
I have been seeing a lot of threads about this one tire size. Yet a lot of them do not have pics. So this one thread will hopefully eliminate a lot of people's questions.
Thanks in Advance
Also I you can post threads of this topic to have a sort of data base of this topic.

I agree, Great Thread!
OK, so their are many pics of the exact same setup I want to run,
only problem is that I have an XA not an XB.
I want to run 5Zigen FNO1R-C 17x7 +42 with 215/45/17
Stock, not lowered.
Is that setup possible with No spacers, No rubbing, and full front radius?
PLus, since this is what this thread is about, post pics of your XA if you have them.

I believe the xA and xB drive train and suspension are the same .
The green xB above is running that setup. He hasn't mentioned any thing about rubbing. I believe you will loose some turning radius considering its 2.3% bigger than stock.
