Default Any opinions on VSR wheels?

I've been looking for some new wheels at a price i can afford and came across these on ebay.

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...925793351&rd=1

People seem to like the wheels according to his feedback but does anyone here have these wheels? I don't much care for the gunmetal but maybe I can find a set in polished or chrome. The price is right up my alley though.

$285 for 17" wheels? Eh...I'd stay far far away from those. Take a look at the warranty, or lack thereof. That may give you a small glimpse into the quality of these wheels. My guess is they are constructed of balsa wood, or are repainted used wheels. Either way I'd save my money towards a more reputable wheel if I were in your position. Just my .02

actually, they are ADR rims with VSR center caps. if you put ADR in the search you can get the actual ADR DV8's for about 300 plus like 120 s&h and insurance

So are these decent wheels then?

Jesus Christmas. I like to find deals on car parts, but there is such a thing as too good a deal. Rota's are fairly cheap wheels at around $900 per set and they have breaking issues under stress. I would be weary of $300 wheels considering their size and comparative price to even "cheaper" reputable brands (Motegi, Rota, etc.). Buyer beware.

They seem to have plenty of positive comments in the seller's feedback section and some good reviews at a subaru aftermarket products forum. I haven't decided on anything yet but I'll keep these in mind.

I have ADR too, the sokudo style and I love them. So far no problems with the wheels, with me that's another story. I scratched one of em already.
