I wonder if the 8" wide ones have more lip? Like to see the red ones...

yeah but if you get them in 8" then you have major rub issues like 002's do. Im thinking about going with 15x7 in a +04 offset.

002's are split in half, with the 0 offset. So you have 4 inches of the wheel sticking off the hub.
15 x7 in a +04 will have 3.343 inches of wheel from the hub. You would save 2/3rds of inch with that size. Thats about how far 002s stick out right? Im thinking this would make them sit very flush and still have a respectable lip size. The only con would be it would be a 7" wide wheel which wouldnt allow for any type of tire stretch. I really wish they would offer the 8" in a +20-25 offset. That would sit very nicely. The +30 isnt bad but only gives you 2.819 of wheel from the hub. Not very deep. +30 would be good for the front of the if you want to keep it a little more conservative.

BTW Zach, if you got those with a +04 in 8" you would have 3.843 of wheel coming off the hub.

Right now Rota has the RBs in a 13 x 8 +04 in a 4 x 100 in stock. The other sizes would have to be ordered or you can wait til they decide to make them.

check out www.18racing.com. I'm eyeing the 16x8 +04 rear and 16x7 +04 front.

What size tire is recommended?

Word.

I figured someone would have jumped on these cool offsets by now. Especially the 15x7 +04 or 16x7 +04. Seem like a good substitute for the 002 even in the 8" widths.

Anyone?

Thinking of getting the Rota RB 15x8 +35 offset. Will these have any rubbing issues? I'm currently drop 2 inches, DF210s.

The rotas are panasport copies. The koenig ones are similar but the spokes are more rounded .I like the Rotas/panas - I think they'd look good on the xB.
