Anyone running 205/55-15's on their xA?
I've tried searching with no success so here goes...
I'm tempted to sell off my 16" ASA's and my stock 15" xA wheels to help fund the purchase of 15x7" Enkei RPF1's and some tires.
My issue is that I hate the stock Goodyear Eagle LS tires so swapping those to the Enkei's is not going to happen, and since the Enkei's are 7" wide, I'd rather move to a wider tire. I know 195/60-15 is popular but a 205/55-15 is even closer to stock tire height than the 195's as well as being a touch wider, making them my preferred tire size. I just can't find any info around here to anyone else actually using that size. I'm sure the 205's will be fine with my xA being lowered as the 205/50-16's I have now don't cause any rubbing issues, plus I'm hoping to swap my TRD springs to S-Techs when time comes to replace my shocks.
And another stupid, quick question.... has anyone fit 225's on their xA? I noticed that 225/50-15's are very close to stock tire height as well and there's quite a few good choices of tires in this size out there. My gut feeling says 'no' but I gotta ask anyway.
So is anyone using 205/55-15's (or 225/50-15's by some miracle) on their aftermarket 15" wheels? If so, any pictures; I'd just like to get a feel for how they'll look.
Any info/pictures is appreciated.

Hey,
I just put on Enkei RPF1's last Thursday. I'm running 205/55-15 Kumho tires as well. I'm lowered on Tanabe df210 and konis and have no issue with rubbing. I can't say enough about how well this car handles and looks with these wheels and tires. My stock wheel and tires weighed in at 36 lbs and the new wheels and tires came in at 27-28 lbs.
