Has anyone delt with bestwheel.com / http://stores.ebay.com/Best-Wheels-Inc ? They have a great price on the wheels and tires I want: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...category=66484 . Just wondering if anyone has had experiance with them good or bad.

I got my wheels from them. The price was great but the service was iffy. I ordered my wheels/tires, lug nuts and hub-centric rings all from them. They claimed they shipped everything together but when the stuff came, there were no hub rings.

The first time I called the guy about them, he claimed they were sent a day or so after the wheels because they were out of stock when I ordered (no one told me that when I placed the order...go figure). So I waited a few days and nothing showed.

I had to call him like 3 or 4 more times to get him to send them to me. He kept saying they were on the way already, but I never got a tracking number or anything from him. When he finally said he'd send another set, he agreed to send them priority because I had waited so long and nothing ever showed. They came regular shipping in a padded envelope with about 5 or 6 stamps on it.

I'm happy I eventually got everything, but I don't think I'd deal with them again.

 

Ok....maybe I will think twice about it. He has some iffy feedback on ebay also(12 negative out of 1200 total) not a lot, but more than I like to see.

Sorry about your first impression with the service I,m sure we can work something out I happen to work there I,m almost possite we can gain back your bussiness. I'm new to the forum just got my tc and will like to be in good terms with every body...........
