True, that's what our beater is for tho. It has 13 inch aluminum factory wheels and I have yet to curb those either.

I just recently discovered another center cap option for those rocking steelies.

Dodge Omni/Plymouth Horizon hubcaps. No, really.

They fit neatly in the Scion wheel, have exactly the same lug pattern, and are held to the rim with for bolts from behind (two of which line up with the two holes between the lugs on a Scion rim), so you don't need to worry about them coming off. There is even part that is painted silver that you could paint to match your rims.

Here is a pic of them on an Omni (ignore the "expo" name, that was the Canadian version).

If people are interested I'll get a shot of some on my xB. Unfortunately here in New England the road salt has pitted the chrome on all the ones I've found so far.

Great idea. I had thought about those but never investigated cause I thought they were the wrong size. I like the idea that they bolt on too. Would make for a nice clean install.

I never would have thought of those.

I know there are a number of nice Toyota center caps out there, but I like those Mopar (Simca?) ones.

Anyone have problems with trim rings flying off? I just noticed today that I'm missing 2 more rings! Either some a**hole is messing with me or they're flying off on the road somewhere.

Ahh winter time again. New color on the steelies. Not sure if I like 'em yet.

Haha not rude at all. Heard that comment quite a few times already. Yeah, they looked better when I was spraying them than on the car I think. OH well the winter salt on our roads in VA will eat them all to crap anyway.

With winter steelies, it doesn't matter what color you shoot them... they're gonna be covered in salt and road grime anyway.

I'm thinking of going hot magenta with mine this year.

I wanted to do something with mine for winter, but I just put em on. Nice and dirty.

With the flood of those Scion 7 spokes that hit the market you should be able to score a cheap set of those.

Yeah. I like the 10 spokes a bit better. Although I saw them on xB on here and don't know how I feel about it.
